We meet a Doom Patrol that might have been if two guys named Stan and Jack had chronicled their adventures 25 years ago.
This entire issue is a dream sequence by Danny the Street, who goes on to dream if the original Doom Patrol saved the world from Celestius the Man-God and his sidekick The Living Guru. Both an obvious parody to Galactus and Silver Surfer.
